I grew up around music and it has always played a major role in my life. My dad was in a band; I remember rehearsals and going to some gigs. I think this really stuck with me as I started making music when I was around 11-12 years old. My dad had bought a SoundBlaster sound card for the home computer, MAGIX Music Studio, a synthesizer keyboard, and a MIDI cable. From that point on, I began to experiment with different vibes.
I was inspired by early Death Row and that whole G-Funk movement. In addition to that, there was Wu-Tang, Bone Thugs, Twista, Outkast, and so much more from the hip-hop world. I also listened to a lot of R&B, alternative rock, punk, and grunge. I came across Synthwave around 10 years ago and was immediately captivated. It gave retro futuristic vibes that I loved. It took me back to the 80’s and early 90’s.
